🐿️ Citroen C4 Grand Picasso Heater Not Working

I have confirmed the following - the motor blower still spins if I connect 12 volts directly to it - the drain holes under the front wheels are not blocked When seitching on front fogs via stalk the steering wheel light to say front fogs are on was lit but when I checked the lights themselves were not. Rear fogs work fine. I checked the bulbs snd are fine, tried lookingin in the manual for the front fog lamp fuse but its not mentioned.
